How it all began ...
_In 2004, local dog owners
began meeting on Sunday mornings to exercise and socialize their dogs. As attendance grew, members began looking for an established site for the playgroup. Through the exceptional kindness of the Bellavance family, Nashua D.O.G. now meets each Sunday morning (8:00 - 10:00) at the Bellavance Beverage Company in northwest Nashua. Nashua D.O.G. is open to all who wish to join the group. | Join Nashua D.O.G. ... Click here to help! Contact Us: info@nashuadog.org
_The playgroup meets every Sunday morning. To join, you must first register. Download the New Member Registration Form. When your registration is complete, you’ll receive a member D.O.G. tag and a copy of the play group rules. At the play group, your dog will play off-leash and socialize with other dogs under your supervision. A $3.00 per dog donation is requested, ($5.00 for up to three dogs). Owners/handlers may bring no more than three dogs per person. Donations are deposited into the building fund for the new Nashua dog park.

Our Mission
_As responsible companion dog owners, the members of Nashua D.O.G. seek to promote the health, safety and welfare of Nashua area canines by establishing a safe, secure off-leash park for dogs. The park will be self-funded and maintained by its members. We recognize that companion dogs, when offered opportunities to expend energy and socialize, contribute to the safety of the community and enhance the quality of life for their caregivers. We also seek to share the importance of responsible dog ownership through the dog park and interaction with the community. We believe this will be achieved through the public use of a dog park facility and the camaraderie of Nashua area dog enthusiasts.
