Nashua D.O.G. marched in the City of Nashua Memorial Day Parade!

Thanks to everyone that participated in the parade, we had over 30 dogs and around 40 people in attendance. It was a warm day day to march but everyone stayed well hydrated and made it to the finish.

Nashua D.O.G. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, dedicated to the task of establishing a permanent dog park in the City of Nashua, New Hampshire. We believe a permanent dog park would be mutually beneficial to residents of the Nashua area—both dog owners and non-dog owners alike.

We recently submitted a proposal to the City of Nashua for a permanent dog park on L Grand Avenue, parcel ID number 121-93. The proposal was accepted and approved by the Department of Public Works, the Committee on Infrastructure and also gained approval from the full board of Alderman.

The next steps are:
- Work out the terms of the lease with the city
- Gain approvals from the ZBA and Planning Department
- Raise the funds needed to build our park!

It is solely up to Nashua D.O.G. and our volunteers to build and maintain this park. Therefore, we are completely dependent upon our volunteers' time and our members' donations. All donations are tax-deductible because of our 501(c)(3) status.
