Nashua D.O.G. - Member Registration

Registration is required for the Nashua D.O.G. Playgroup on Sundays.

Registration process:

• Fill out the New Member form
• Click the printable form link and print the registration form.
• Mail the printed registration form, a copy of your dog(s) current rabies/distemper vaccinations, and a copy of your dog(s) current town or city dog license to:

Once the documents have been received and processed, a Nashua D.O.G. representative will notify you by phone that you are fully registered. Processing will take about a week. At the next Sunday's playgroup, the person that registered their dog(s) can pick with the membership tag(s) with a photo ID.
