Nashua D.O.G. - Member Registration

Thank you for visiting the Nashua D.O.G. website. Registration is now required for the Nashua D.O.G. Playgroup on Sundays.

Registration process:

• Fill out the New Member form and click on the Register button.
• Click the printable form link and print the registration form. You can print it at any time after you have registered.
• Bring the registration form, a copy of your vaccination records for Nashua DOG to keep and a photo ID to the playgroup.
• At the playgroup your information will be checked and you will be given a dog tag.
